Service Pricing
Lariat provides unparalleled service and support including add-on service agreements. If additional services are needed this shows the general guideline for the type of service and fees associated with that service. Either way, agreements are tailored to meet our customer's needs.

Level I Support Service fees:

  • 5 hours $570
  • 10 hours $1,030
  • 20 hours $1,840
  • Level I Support Services include:
  • Assistance with installation of licensed LARIAT Software Maintenance Updates, and Enhancement Upgrades
  • Guidance in creating letters, queries, query and updates, and all support files.
  • Assistance with backup and restore concepts
  • Assistance with understanding the functionality of the LARIAT Software

  • Level I Support Services do not include:
  • Operations consulting
  • Uses of Custom Software outside of LARIAT
  • Assistance with data recovery
  • Remote dial-in or Internet connectivity
  • Support for advanced query creation, data export or data import or determining whether any Licensee hardware is compatible with LARIAT’s Software

  • Level II Support Service fees:

  • 5 hours $675
  • 10 hours $1,280
  • 20 hours $2,320
  • Level II Support Services include:
  • Assistance with repetitive workstation installation
  • Advanced network installation and configuration pertaining to the LARIAT software
  • Advanced level assistance in creating letters and forms
  • Assistance with data backups

  • Assistance with remote internet access to the LARIAT software
  • Data examination, Import/Export layout and Query creations
  • Data recovery

  • Data conversions from competitor systems
  • In-house upgrades of data sent in by Licensees
  • Level II Support Services do not include:
  • Custom Programming

  • Custom Programming:

  • Custom Programming is quoted on a per job basis
