Lariat Modules
Modules are a way to provide additional functionality to Lariat without impeding on the core product. There are a couple of items we look at before determining to build a module. First, does the functionality warrant a module build or is it a small enough item to add into the core product. Second, will this be good for all Lariat customers or is it very specific for one business model. If the project is big enough to warrant a module we put the specifications together and schedule the project. If the module is good for a majority of customers then we will even share in the cost to build the module. Below are areas for each business unit that explains at different levels the modules concept.
Customer Relationship Management Module

The Lariat-CRM software is tightly integrated with the Lariat debt collection software system and provides the tools necessary to simplify CRM tasks. Included in the CRM module is a leads management system that enables your sales force to schedule lead events to help companies gain new customers. This is accomplished by providing real-time information for events, leads, opportunities and all clients.

Client Module

Clients are able to monitor the collection activity of their debtors, enter new accounts directly into Lariat, run reports, view and add notes and search for debtors. Immediate one-way communications from the client to the agency allow for better response times to the client. The level of visibility is under your control with the use of client access levels. This feature is a must for any agency looking to retain and gain new clients.

Document Module

This module allows electronic documents to be attached to debtors accounts. This can consist of a scanned image, PDF, Word document or any other electronic format. With this module agents have the ability to view electronic documents while speaking with debtors or clients.

Healthcare Module

Agencies that focus on the healthcare industry have unique needs and this module will help by tracking specific field information along with additional reports built for the healthcare industry. More functionality, fields and reports are being added to this module as we see this sector continue to grow.

Credit Bureau Reporting Module

Credit Bureau Reporting Module provides the capability to send debtor accounts to the major three credit bureaus in the popular Metro-2 file format. This capability is especially crucial for agencies as it gives them leverage on collecting debt from the debtor.

3rd Party Letter Processing Module

3rd Party Letter Processing Module provides the ability to outsource all letter printing to a third party vendor. This is accomplished by sending the data to the document processor via a secure internet connection. This capability is especially crucial for companies that have a high volume of letters.
