Licensing: Concurrent use licensing

License Fee per Agent: $150.00

Setup Fee: $150.00 - Basic setup includes site setup, letter setup (up to 6 letters) and site specific system configurations

Training: $150.00 – 2 hours of telephone training is required and can be done over a couple of days. Train the trainer concept is used by Lariat which means we train key personnel who will then train other staff. This rate is reduced from our normal training rate.

Maintenance Releases: Included

Support: 30 minutes telephone included (unlimited email support)

CRM Module: $75.00 per month per agent
Client: $150.00 per month, unlimited number of clients
Document Linking: $50.00 per month per site (per 1 gig of disk space)
Credit Bureau Reporting: $50.00 per month administration fee (Experien, Transunion or Equifax account required)
3rd Party Letter Processing: one time setup fee $150.00 / $10.00 per month
Healthcare: one time setup fee of $150.00 / $10.00 per month

Additional Support contracts are available and priced as follows:

This solution is perfect for a medium size company that wants a dedicated server for their business.

All software pricing is the same as ASP with the exception of these modules:

Document Linking: $200.00 setup fee / $10 per month

Credit Bureau Reporting: $100.00 setup fee / $10.00 per month
